我是管理員昆明國際愛樂樂團（Kunming International Philharmonic Orchestra）成立于2017年，由昆明藝術職業學院院長段永興先生創辦，是中國首支以外籍演奏家為主體的國際化職業交響樂團。自成立以來，樂團中外藝術家攜手為觀眾獻演西方經典名作，推動本土音樂創作，培育廣大樂迷深入領略音樂文化的價值與魅力。2023年11月起，樂團引入更國際化、年輕化的藝術管理團隊，并由國際著名圓號演奏家韓小明教授擔任藝術委員會主任，在全新專業理念引領下開啟樂團發展新篇章。樂團樂季規劃主題鮮明、體系完善，在演繹經典的同時深挖小眾佳作、拓展演出形式，并廣邀新秀加盟，為每一位懷抱音樂夢想的優秀演奏家提供舞臺，持續為國內外文化舞臺注入新活力。樂團曾邀請Charles Olivieri-Munroe、Ayyub Guliyev等國際知名指揮合作演出，展現出卓越的藝術水準和強大的國際影響力。 我們誠摯歡迎全球優秀音樂人才加入昆明國際愛樂樂團，共同譜寫精彩樂章！ 演出與排練場地 昆明國際愛樂樂團的主要演出舞臺設在云南省大劇院，排練基地位于昆明市中心具有深厚歷史底蘊的抗戰勝利紀念堂（勝利堂）。 云南省大劇院作為云南省頂級表演藝術場館，硬件設施一流、音響效果卓越，可容納大型交響音樂會和歌劇演出； 勝利堂則是昆明著名歷史建筑，文化氛圍濃厚，見證過無數藝術盛事。兩個場地交相輝映，為樂團的演出和日常排練提供了優越的環境與保障。 招聘崗位（演奏員） 本次公開招聘面向所有交響樂團管弦樂器演奏聲部，歡迎各樂器演奏人才報名應聘。具體聲部包括但不限于： ? 弦樂組（String Section）：小提琴（第一小提琴和第二小提琴）、中提琴、大提琴、低音提琴 ? 木管組：長笛/短笛、雙簧管/英國管、單簧管/低音單簧管、大管/低音大管 ? 銅管組：圓號、小號、長號、大號 ? 打擊及其他：打擊樂（含定音鼓等打擊樂器）、豎琴等 （注：上述聲部均招聘首席及演奏員崗位。） This open recruitment is open to applicants for all orchestral instrument playing sections within the symphony orchestra. Preliminary Audition: Online video examination. 報名與選拔流程 1.報名時間：2025年5月19日起至長期招聘（以收到材料時間為準）。 2. 報名方式：將個人報名表（附件下載）、本人近期免冠照片、詳細簡歷、學歷學位證書、獲獎證明以及不超過15分鐘的演奏視頻等材料打包發送至報名郵箱：zeng19970220@icloud.com ，郵件標題請注明“姓名+應聘2025演奏員”。 3. 初試考核：樂團招聘工作小組將對報名材料進行初步篩選，符合條件者將通過郵件或電話收到復試通知，并告知復試所需準備的曲目片段等要求。 4. 復試考核：復試以線上試奏與線上面試相結合的方式進行。考核內容包括自選獨奏曲目片段、樂團規定的樂隊片段演奏及現場視奏等，評委會將根據演奏水平、音樂表現力及綜合素質進行評分。 5. 錄用公示：通過復試考核的應聘者將進入擬錄用名單，并與錄用者簽訂勞動合同（含試用期考察），辦理入職手續。 1.Application Period: Starting from May 19, 2025, with ongoing recruitment (applications will be considered based on the date of receipt of materials). 2.Application Method: Compile and send your personal application form (downloadable from the attachment), a recent bareheaded photo of yourself, a detailed resume, academic degree certificates, award certificates, and a performance video not exceeding 15 minutes to the application email address: zeng19970220@icloud.com. The assessment will include performing self-selected solo excerpts, orchestra-prescribed orchestral excerpts, and sight-reading on the spot. The evaluation committee will score candidates based on their playing skills, musical expressiveness, and overall. 5.Employment Announcement: Candidates who pass the second-round audition will be included in the list of prospective employees.
